Margrét Bjarnadóttir is a multidisciplinary artist working in the fields of dance, performance and visual arts. In the past years she has moved between choreography, photography, text work, drumming, glass cutting, video pieces and writing. Recently, Margrét choreographed Björk’s Utopia tour and is currently choreographing her upcoming show, Cornucopia, which premieres at The Shed in New York in May 2019. In 2017 Margrét created the 'guitar ballet' No Tomorrow with artist Ragnar Kjartansson and composer Bryce Dessner for the Iceland Dance Company. She has had her work exhibited in several group shows as well as solo shows in Kling & Bang (2014) and Listamenn gallerí (2017).
